Warranty Refunds and Returns Policy
All products from Paul Sayers Bone are guaranteed against defects (through reasonable, normal use) for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
If for any reason the products fails within the first year after purchase please contact us before returning the product.
This Policy relates to any products purchased from our Online Shop.
We believe you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not entirely satisfied it may be returned for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of goods returned, providing they are in an undamaged condition.
If you need to return an item to us please contact us using the contact details at the end of this page stating whether you require an exchange or refund and enclose it with your parcel.
Distance Selling Regulations
You have the right to cancel and return your items within 7 days of purchase for a full refund as per the Distance Selling Regulations.
Following initial contact for a claim under warranty, the product/s are to be returned by the customer (at your expense) in the original or similar suitable packaging (to ensure the products are not damaged during return transit to us).
We will make every effort to provide a replacement within 28 working days following receipt of a faulty product returned under warranty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Product Information and Pricing
The price of goods shown in our on-line shop does not include VAT (VAT is not chargeable). There will be an additional charge for delivery which is shown in the on-line ordering process.
